ALKALINE ZINC NICKEL PROCESS – New chemical physical plant
ALKALINE ZINC NICKEL PROCESS – New chemical physical plant installation completed. The continuous chemical physical plant will treat 8 m3/h of water (Zn-Ni rinses) coming from a barrel Alkaline Zinc Nickel electroplating line (automotive bolts production). Simpec has developed a specific chemical treatment for the rinse waters coming from the alkaline nickel zinc process. The Simpec depuration process allows to reach restrictive discharge limits even in presence of high concentrations of complexing agents. Same solution has been applied from several years for other Customers with excellent results.
