Batch Treatment Plants
Batch treatment plants are indicated for the treatment of discontinuous and occasional flows and for the treatment of exhaust concentrate discharges
Exhausted concentrate treatment and pre-treatment
Treatment of discontinuous effluents
Specific treatment menus by type of effluent
Analytical controls before discharge
Batch treatment plants are ideal for handling small and medium-sized daily volumes.
They are suitable for purifying waste containing pollutants that require the use of a specific and discontinuous process.
The applicable treatment is therefore flexible. Thanks to prior water monitoring prior to discharging, it also allows reprocessing to improve the efficiency of the purification process.
Inoltre, i sistemi a batch occupano un’area d’ingombro limitata e permettono una migliore gestione dei reflui in arrivo e un maggior controllo del processo.
PRO:
- Water monitoring before the discharge
- Flexible treatment
- Possibility to repeat the treatment
- Small area for installation
- Economic saving
Chemical-physical batch plants
Chemical-physical discontinuous plants are suggested for discontinuous and irregular effluent flow-rates.
Chemical-physical discontinuous plants have the same treatment sections of chemical-physical continuous plants (but in sequential way)
- Acidification
- Adsorbimento
- Coagulation
- Neutralization
- Heavy metal removal
- Flocculation
- Sedimentation / decantation

SBR (Sequencing batch reactor) biological plants
SBR biological plants are composed by systems that equalize, aerate, denitrificate and sediment the effluent in a single reactor or in more reactors with determinated operative sequenceses.
SBR plant develops a mix of bacteria cultures that are able to remove COD, BOD and Nutrients present in the treated effluents.
The main sections of SBR plants are:
The main sections of SBR plants are:
- Loading
- Aeration
- Sedimentation
- Discharge
These plants are indicated for:
- Exhaust concentrate treatment
- Depuration of discontinuous discharges
- Waste water treatment with variable flow rate
- COD reduction
- BOD reduction
- Nitrification
- Denitrification
- Phosphate removal
